Windows 8 Setting Mockups

Almost all of us are testing Windows 8 Consumer Preview build but many of us are not happy with the removal of start menu and start button.

Microsoft is forcing us to use new Start Screen and is not providing any option to disable Start Screen and get start menu back.

Also the power options such as restart, shut down are hidden in Settings charm.
