Yes, Lustmusket3000 is right; you're supposed to not only cite the authors but also obtain personal permission from them via email or pm. Unless they released the art under GNU, you must have explicit permission.

Is this skin for 48 pixel icons? Documents and all other icons are displaced in the startmenu.
