After getting a lot of demand for a Basic version of my theme "AeroVG", I'm proud to announce my new theme "Vista Blue Refresh". Basically its an update over my previous theme "Vista Blue RTM" with almost all new features of "AeroVG" theme.

I have created this theme for "Windows Vista Basic" users who can't use "Aero" in their systems and are forced to use the Vista Basic theme. It also contains a version for Aero which is same as "AeroVG" theme.

If you want to have the default Vista ORB instead of the new Start button, then download a ZIP file from here:

Extract it and you'll get the "Vista Blue Refresh.msstyles" file. Copy it and replace the original msstyles file in "Vista Blue Refresh" folder with this new one. Re-apply the theme and you'll get the default ORB.
