Get Windows 8 Win+X Menu in Windows 7 by Vishal-Gupta Get Windows 8 Win+X Menu in Windows 7 by Vishal-Gupta
More Info with Screenshots: [link]

If you like Windows 8 "Win+X" Menu, you can get a similar cascading menu in Windows 7 Desktop context menu. This new menu contains all those shortcuts present in real Win+X Menu.

Download ZIP file, extract it and run REG file.

UPDATE: New registry scripts added for German language users. Thanks to "HatoSan" [link] for translating.

Following method has been used in creating these REG files:

^^ Then you'll need to add the shortcuts in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell key instead of HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell key.
